Dr. Scott J. Hudepohl, DDS
Dr. Scott grew up in Cincinnati and attended Ohio State University for undergrad as well as dental school. While there, he earned four varsity letters as a decathlete on the Men's Track and Field team. Upon graduating Cum Laude from dental school in 2013, Scott completed an additional year of training at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. After his residency, he was invited to stay at UC as a staff dentist. He spent two years teaching the dental residents, caring for special needs patients in the OR, and expanding his knowledge of general dentistry and dental implants through his work in the clinic. Following that, Scott worked in private practice in Cincinnati for 4 years before moving to Cleveland and joining our office.
Dr. Emma L. Hudepohl, DDS
Dr. Emma is the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Kozan. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Miami University and graduated from dental school in 2013. After dental school, she completed a general practice residency at the Cleveland Clinic. There she treated patients with complex medical histories and studied the connection between oral health and total body health with some of the top dentists and physicians in this field. Emma went on to spend 5 years in public health dentistry. With the Cincinnati Health Department, she started a dental clinic at a public high school, treating students who otherwise would not have access to quality dental care. Prior to moving to Cleveland, she worked with Dr. Scott in their family practice in Cincinnati.
Dr. Richard J. Kozan, DDS
Dr. Richard J. Kozan grew up in Cleveland and attended St. Joe's High School. He graduated from the Ohio State University School of Pharmacy in 1977. The following year he enrolled at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. After his graduation in 1982 he completed his General Practice Residency at the Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital.
